Our Mission

Our mission is to help clients understand how ownership, legal entities, tax planning, and estate planning work together—and to give them a practical path for putting the right structure in place.

Sophisticated planning should be explained clearly enough that clients understand what they own, why each part exists, what must be completed, and how the structure should be maintained. ASAP coordinates education, intake, the Blueprint process, and client support, while case-specific legal services are provided through qualified legal professionals.

Legal and Planning Professionals

ASAP works in tandem with professionals who support education, Blueprint review, and implementation across the legal, financial, and planning disciplines.

What Makes Our Approach Different

Understand the Client

The process begins with the client’s family, profession, businesses, assets, liabilities, state, existing entities, concerns, and future plans. Recommendations should follow the facts rather than begin with a predetermined product.

Build the Blueprint

The information is organized into a visual structure showing existing entities, proposed entities, ownership, asset placement, tax labels, estate documents, and unanswered questions.

Attorney Consultation

An attorney reviews the proposed direction with the client, explains the recommendations, resolves questions, and determines which items should be approved, changed, or removed.

Implementation & Maintenance

The member experience guides the client through documents, entity setup, signatures, asset assignments, funding, training, and future maintenance.
